Man flown to hospital after crash on A151 near West Pinchbeck

A man was flown to hospital with serious injuries after a crash on the A151 at Guthram Gowt on Tuesday (March 14).

A silver Vauxhall, which was travelling towards Spalding, and a blue MG, going towards Bourne, collided at about 1.40pm.

Police said: “Injuries are described as not life threatening or life changing, family have been informed. One man has been taken to the Queens Medical Centre by ambucopter. 

“We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact us on 101, quoting incident 215 of March 14.  If you have already spoken to police officers at the scene there is no need to call again.”

 

Original story: Emergency services are on the scene of a road collision on the A151 at Guthram Gowt.

At least one person is known to be injured and the road is currently closed between West Pinchbeck and Bourne.

Police say they expect it to remain closed for some time and have asked motorists to avoid the area.

The collision happened at around 1.45pm today (Tuesday).
