Blaze at Quadring farm building

Six fire crews were called to a blaze at a Quadring farm building housing machinery and fertilizer yesterday (Thursday, February 3).

The crews from Spalding, Donington, Grantham, Billingborough, Boston and Kirton were called to Sandy Gate shortly before 4pm.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said: “Crews used breathing apparatus, one main jet, two hose reels, and a tractor to remove farm machinery from farm building.”
