Annie set to clear away the cobwebs

A renowned youth theatre’s production of Annie is coming to the South Holland Cnetre next month.

Rare Productions auditioned local youngsters in June for the production of the beloved musical taking place from Thursday to Saturday, November 20 to 22.
A team of 18 to 21-year-olds will be telling the tale of little orphan Annie and her determination to find the parents who abandoned her in 1930s New York.
A spokesman for Rare Productions said: “Our talented cast are already bringing this heart-warming story to life — from the plucky red-haired orphan and her friends at Miss Hannigan’s orphanage, to the unforgettable tunes like Tomorrow and It’s a Hard Knock Life.”
Both the Thursday and Friday November 20 and 21 shows start at 7.30pm while there’s shows at 2pm and 6.30pm on the Saturday.
