Boy (15) arrested after 16-year-old stabbed in Spalding

A 15-year-old from Spalding has been arrested after the stabbing of another teenager on Saturday night (September 7).

Lincolnshire Police say they were called to a disturbance at a property on Parkway in Spalding at 10.47pm.

A 16-year-old was taken to hospital with stab wounds which were not life threatening.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police said: “A 15-year-old boy from Spalding was arrested on suspicion of assault by beating, possession of a knife, wounding with intent and theft of a pedal cycle and released on bail pending further enquiries.

“He was also later charged with assaulting an emergency worker and criminal damage.”
