Athletes from Nene Valley Harriers were in fine form at the England Athletics under-15 and under-17 Track and Field Championship at Bedford.
One of the highlights saw Freddie Fraser storm to gold over the 80m hurdles with a sizzling time of 10.91secs.
Lydia Church went one better, winning two golds in the disability championship.
Church, throwing into the teeth of a gale, registered a distance of 10.54m in the discus and 25.03m for the shot.
Also impressing was Francesca Fenwick, who claimed bronze in the under-15 high jump with a clearance of 1.61m.
On his return from injury, Will Kong recorded a new personal best (PB) of 37.15secs when finishing second in his heat of the under-15 300m.
Kong was unable to repeat his fine form in the final, coming home seventh in 38.61secs.
Katie Calcutt just missed out on a podium place, finishing fourth in the under-15 hurdles with a time of 12.22secs.
Calcutt also took part in the long jump, placing 12th.
Meanwhile, fellow Harrier Jason Bogle failed to make the under-15 boys 200m final by one place with a 24.17secs clocking in his heat.
Archie Rainbow also finished eighth in the under-17 800m, while Joe Prince was seventh in the under-17 400m.
Tim Foord failed to advance from his heat in the under-15 300m, while in the under-15 800m Flo Brill crossed the line in tenth position.
Another in action was Donovan Capes, who took seventh place in the under-15 shot.
Peterborough AC’s Elizabeth Taylor breezed through her heat of the under-15 300m with a time of 42.03secs, but finished seventh in the final.
Ex-Nene Valley and Peterborough AC athlete Karim Chan had a memorable weekend, winning the disability long jump with a distance of 6.05m and running 12secs for silver over 100m.
