Spalding man twice failed to control dog

A Spalding man has pleaded guilty to separate counts of being the owner of a dangerously out of control dog that injured someone.

Lewis Judd (20) of Newgate Road in Spalding came before Boston Magistrates Court on Wednesday February 14 over counts relating to an Alsatian.

Judd was ordered to pay £974.40 compensation to the victim relating to the charge that occurred in Orchard Way, Coningsby, on October 21 and fined £120.

He also pleaded guilty to the same charge following an incident in a field in Tattershall on September 19 for which he was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 compensation.
