With your superior knowledge and insight into the workings of the government machine, perhaps you would like to educate me further? I think not! All that you have written has already been covered in one shape or form by the media.
I, like many others, voted to leave the EU and as far as I know this is still a democratic country wherein I can voice my opinion providing I don’t insult or hurt someone in doing so; but it would appear I struck a raw nerve.
I, too, am well aware of what activating Article 50 will mean for this country and the vagueness with which it was devised purposely to deter countries from leaving the European Union. However, until this is triggered, no formal discussions or agreements can take place. Therefore this country is left in limbo with all the uncertainty that this entails for commerce and our country as a whole.
We are now six months down the line and it would appear that the government still has no plans in place, let alone being able to agree with one another.
Still Theresa May insists that “Brexit means Brexit” and that she will be triggering Article 50 at the end of March 2017.
By the way John Tippler, I read with interest your articles in The Financial Times and The Sun.
