Gr-eight Moulton Harrox Reserves smash struggling Spalding Reserves to stay perfect

Moulton Harrox Reserves made it eight wins from as many ChromaSport PDFL Division One games as they cruised to a 5-0 victory at Spalding United Reserves on Saturday.

Declan Earth (2), John Ball, Steve Sinfield and Lee Hudson all bagged to keep Harrox top of the table.

Up in the Premier Division, two goals from Tom Gosling and a Pawee Madriejewski strike couldn’t stop Holbeach United Reserves losing 5-3 at home to Stanground Sports.

In Division Two, Tydd St Mary lost for the first time in the league this season – and it was Crowland Reserves who took their scalp.

Jamie Beeken and Ashton Capes netted at Snowden Field, with Tim Lowe getting the Tydd reply.

The Saints are now third, with Crowland sixth.

Luke Baines helped himself to a double for Whaplode Drove in Division Four as they saw off visitors Whittlesey Athletic C 3-1.

Kacper Pilarz was their other scorer to help Drove climb up to eighth.

Down in Division Five, Holbeach United A raced to an 8-1 success at Riverside Reserves.

Taylor Beveridge led the goal rush with a treble, with Dan Bergin (2), Ryan Howard, Rob Lewsley and Paul Hanford also notching to send the Tigers into the top five.
