Spalding Round Table weighs in with scales donation to Johnson Community Hospital

Wheelchair users being weighed at Johnson Community Hospital will have an easier and much more comfortable experience thanks to a donation by Spalding Round Table.

Last year’s Table chairman, Sam Nundy, had the hospital as his chosen charity and the wheelchair accessible scales – costing just over £1,000 – were bought from profits at Round Table’s annual boxing event in Febaruary.

Former Table chairman Richard Gosling is pictured using the scales, surrounded by Tablers and Johnson health care support worker Allison Callaby (left) and outpatient department sister Sally Brown.
