More than 50 visitors took the chance to see around Sneath’s Mill in Lutton as part of National Mills Open Weekend.

The “Mill Bug Hotel” proved very popular with children. Each youngster that visited the mill was given a selection of activities that included a flat pack make-your-own mill with sails that turned.

Sneath’s Mill Annual Autumn Village Show at Lutton Village Hall is on Saturday, September 24. The exhibition show booklet that includes an entry form will be available next month from venues in Lutton and Long Sutton.

A spokesman said: “The Autumn Show is open to anyone living in and around the area, and not just in Lutton.

“The show booklet that also includes an entry form will be available next month and can be collected from various venues in and around Lutton and Long Sutton.

“We hope that you will support this event and look forward to seeing you. Entry to the hall and viewing the exhibits is free. Pick up a show booklet to find out more.”
