Help LiquidFootball raise money for Callum Pite’s Smile Charity by backing their trophy

Popular magazine LiquidFootball are looking for your help as they bid to raise money for Spalding-based Callum Pite’s Smile Charity.

LiquidFootball, a free-to-read-online magazine, have various sponsorship opportunities available for the LiquidFootball Trophy 2016, which is taking place at Peterborough Power League on July 24.

All proceeds of the event will be donated to Callum Pite’s Smile Charity (registered charity number 1152153), a group that helps young people suffering with cancer by purchasing gifts for them, such as iPads, laptops and days out.

LiquidFootball are looking for around 15 local companies to sponsor the event for £25 each.

That will cover all costs of the tournament – such as venue hire, trophies and footballs – and will help them raise as much money for the charity as possible. Hereward Radio – a new community radio station that is growing rapidly – will also be broadcasting live from the event.

Last year LiquidFootball raised £250 – but they are hoping that figure will grow this time around.

For your £25 donation and sponsorship, LiquidFootball are offering the following:

  • An ad spot in the LiquidFootball free-to-read-online magazine (the latest issue has already had over 1,500 reads since it was released last Wednesday).
  • Your company logo on the event posters, raffle tickets and all of the other related marketing material
  • Your company logo and link to your webpage on the tournament’s main website (https://liquidfootball.net/liquidfootball-trophy-2016/)
  • Mentions on LiquidFootball’s social media pages: Twitter (@LQD_Football – 1,400+ followers) and Facebook (/lqdfootballradioradio – 400+ ‘likes’)
  • Mentions on the LiquidFootball podcast, which that averages between 400 – 600 listeners per episode (that is not including iTunes total – Apple do not disclose the listener figures).
  • Mentions on Hereward Radio on pre-event promotion spots, and on the day during the live broadcast.
