Seventeen acts booked for first Spalding Beer and Music Fest in May

With seven weeks to go until the first Spalding Beer and Music Fest, the event is really starting to take shape.

Seventeen acts have been booked to appear across the three-day bank holiday event at The Castle Sports Complex from Friday, May 27 to Sunday, May 29.
The music genres range from Country and Western to pop to rock. And with more than 50 real ales on offer and a host of games, sidestalls and food options available, the family event, being organised by Spalding and District Round Table and Spalding Ladies’ Circle, looks like being a popular attraction.

Round Table chairman Sam Nundy said: “We’re really excited about our first beer and music fest.
“The committee is working hard to put on a memorable event that will appeal to all the family.”

Adult admission cost will be £3 per day. Proceeds will go to youth organisations in Spalding.

Neame Lea Nursery is sponsoring the outside family area. Anyone wishing to discuss the several other sponsorship opportunities should contact Sam on 07775 796120.
