It’s a wrap – Dishonoured filming finishes

Filming has finished on Dishonoured – the first Hollywood-style full-length feature film to be based in South Holland.

The film, which has been made by a cast and crew of local people, will premiere at a red carpet event in Spalding on Tuesday, January 26.
Steph Genovese, director and lead actor, announced “with a definite hint of sadness mixed in with happiness” that the film was officially “wrapped” last Thursday and now the special effects and music are being added.
On the film’s Facebook page Steph said: “I won’t lie, at times during the making of the movie, I often wondered what I had gotten myself into and spent many an evening sat with my head in my hands.
“But I was fortunate enough to have the most dedicated, inspirational and brilliant cast and crew that made me shrug off whatever problems I was facing to find a solution and move on – and this has proved that with the right team, anything is possible.”
The movie follows war veteran Capt John Venonesser, dishonoured from the service for disobeying a direct order from Downing Street.
The premiere, which includes an after-show party, is a sell-out with the audience promised an “action thriller with a big twist”.
