Former Archbishop of Canterbury to feature in Long Sutton churches mission

The churches of Long Sutton have organised a special event giving people a chance to experience and discover the Christian good news about Jesus.

This Life Live It runs until Sunday (June 14) and offers the chance to share films, food and music, drama and dance.
Thursday sees drama workshops, bible teaching, film showings and “Make your own music” with ACT II and the Rocking Rector of Market Deeping.
Highlights on Friday include bell ringing and an evening with the Rev Dr Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury.
Saturday hosts all age community barbecues at various venues and an open air concert by Leicester’s De Montfort University Gospel Choir.
The event comes to a close on Sunday with St Mary’s Come Together and Worship with Holy Communion with Bishop David and the finale at 12pm in the church hall.
