Scarecrows cropping up in Moulton ahead of garden crawl weekend competition

A family of scarecrows have cropped up in the garden at Moulton Community Centre.

They are promoting a scarecrow competition next month as part of the popular Moulton Garden Crawl on Saturday and Sunday, July 25 and 26.

Entrants not on the route of the crawl will be advised to take their scarecrow to the village green opposite the church, where it will be put on display over the weekend (or somewhere else close by).
Entries should be submitted by July 3 to ensure that they are included in the crawl programme, which will contain a voting slip.
People taking part in the crawl will be invited to vote for their favourite scarecrow, and the one with the most votes wins £25.

Anyone wishing to enter should email their name, address and phone number to [email protected].
