Police appeal after two-car crash in Holbeach

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious crash in Fleet Street, Holbeach, which left the road closed for hours.

A blue Toyota Aygo and a blue Vauxhall Zafira collided on Sunday evening with reports going to police at 7.48pm.

Two people have been arrested as a result, a 39-year-old man for drink driving and a 39-year-old woman for drink driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

“We are looking for anyone who may have seen either vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision or anyone who may have captured any dashcam or CCTV footage,” said a spokesman.
