LETTERS – Road dips need fixing urgently

I feel I must put in print about the state of Pinchbeck Road, Spalding.
Coming into town just before the road leading to the swimming pool, there is one very, very big dip in the road and another close by.
They are very dangerous as people driving move over to the wrong side of the road to avoid them.
It looks as though it could be a sink hole in future.
I reported this to the highways department on February 5 last year and they said they would look into it. Since then I have contacted them many times and they said they were dealing with it. The last notification I had was last week and they said the matter had been resolved.
Nothing has been done and it is over a year now since I reported it.
