Vintage run from Eldridge

A total of 56 runners braved Storm Darragh’s wind and rain to complete the Snowden Field Parkrun at Crowland on Saturday.
Kaylum Storey was first home in 20 minutes 46 seconds with Richard Williams the highest-placed Halmer Harriers runner in fourth place, 23:50. Fellow Harrier Simon Eldridge came 17th but was the first veteran male 45-49, 28:01.
Two other club members ventured to Ferry Meadows at Peterborough. Jayne Pell was 277th of 290 runners in 50:44, one place and one second ahead of clubmate Kathryn Chapman.
