A second-half collapse saw Holbeach United surrender their six-match away winning run in Division One North of the Thurlow Nunn League at Haverhill Rovers on Saturday.
The 3-0 reversal was the first defeat on their travels since going down 1-0 at Diss Town in April last season.
Two goals in five minutes early in the second half put the Tigers on the ropes and they were sunk when appeals for a penalty were ignored and the hosts went straight up the other end to net a third.
Holbeach finished the game with ten men after Ben Greenacre was sin-binned for dissent.
The Tigers had an immediate chance to get back to winning ways on their travels on Wednesday when they were due to be at FC Peterborough after The Voice went to print.

Long Sutton Athletic climbed out of the bottom two with a 5-2 win against Stilton United. Jack Greenacre scored twice to go with goals from Jack Baker, Lewis Horne and Jamal Nyang.

League new-boys Moulton Chapel have suffered a baptism of fire in Division Four. Their seven games so far have all ended in defeat, scoring in just one and conceding 63 goals.
