Course will help improve health and wellbeing

Pennygate Foundation, which provides a great place for people to meet, chat and have a cup of tea or lunch, is now hosting weekly sessions in Mindfulness and Sophrology in its newly refurbished room.

Lynn Exley, who is running the course, offers a warm welcome to anyone who would like to learn new skills to improve their health and wellbeing.

These new skills and techniques in relaxation and letting go can reduce levels of stress, anxiety, IBS, insomnia and depression.

Or maybe you would just like to discover more about mindfulness and how you can use mindful techniques and sophrology practices daily to improve your life.

Lynn, who is a mindfulness and meditation teacher, runs five week courses in Moulton Village Hall and the feedback has been very positive.

Her intention is to explain the benefits and provide an opportunity to practice in a way that is accessible to everyone.

She said: “The room is warm and quiet, it’s often hard to find a quiet place just to be in the moment and relax.

“You will discover that there is a lot you can do to help yourself to feel happier and healthier.”

The next course starts on Thursday, March 5, at the Foundation at 10am.

There are a few places left so call Lynn on 07553 354845 for more details or visit www.wellbeingforliving.co.uk
