Wellbeing event will cater for everyone

Spalding is set for the first major event of its kind – in a bid to get local people putting themselves first.

Exhibitors and demonstrators will come together at the South Holland Centre on Saturday, March 28, to showcase ways of feeling good, looking after your health and getting yourself fit and active.

The show is free and runs from 10am to 4pm.

Organiser Zoe Myall, who runs Give It Some Fizz Fitness, Sports and Education said: “The idea is to show what the local area has on offer to help people be confident, be happy, be healthy and be inspired.

“Experts in health, fitness and well-being will be on hand to answer questions and give advice.

“There will also be demonstrations of some of the top fitness classes available in the area, along with pamper sessions.”

Exhibitors will include Slimming World, 1Life Castle Sports Complex, Heroes Gym, Vitality for the Over Sixties, Forever Living, Essential Well-Being (skin health, body health and beauty), Tonic Health, The Fitness Company, South Holland District Council, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Lincolnshire YMCA, Tae-Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain Instructor Jon Cooper, Fit Steps, Padma Yoga Studio, Keep Fit Association and Give It Some Fizz.

The show is being sponsored by the Spalding and South Holland Voice.
