LETTERS – Timing change can be confusing

For many people with dementia, when the clocks change and go back on October 29, they can find themselves disorientated.
Some may find this upsetting and become tearful, whereas others may become angry or agitated.
‘Sundowning’ can be seen as changes in behaviour towards the end of the day. The use of clocks that show both the time and whether it’s evening or morning can help.
