New team to support manager

A new management team has been recruited to Holbeach and East Elloe Hospital Trust.
They will support manager Julie Scott who joined last year and is driving improvements at the care home.
Clinical Lead is Juliet George who qualified as a nurse in 2009 and has extensive experience working in elderly care, neurological and cardiac centres.
She is joined by Rebecca Griffin, also a clinical lead, who has worked at the hospital for more than ten years.
Business support manager is Rebecca Atikinson who has also been at the hospital for ten years.
Estates manager Andy Boddy will put his 35 years’ experience in the electrical and maintenance work to good use.
And University Academy Holbeach student Jacob Rayner is the hospital’s first apprentice from the school.
He is studying business administration and will be the first person to welcome people to the hospital.
“We are in an era of change at the care home to ensure we are fit and ready to address the new and emerging challenges in caring for an increasing elderly population,” said Chris Penney, chairman of the Committee of Management.
