Man denies supplying drugs to girl from the age of 14

A South Holland man will contest a charge that he supplied cocaine and cannabis to a youth.

Daniel Bailey (46) indicated that he will admit possession of the class A and B drugs on October 13
last year.
But when the case goes to crown court next month he will deny supplying cannabis to the girl from
the age of 14 and cocaine to her when she was 17.
The offences are said to have happened between January 18, 2019, and September 1, 2021.
Bailey appeared before Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
No formal pleas were taken but his solicitor indicated that there would be guilty pleas to the two
possession charges and not guilty pleas to the supply offences.
The case will next be heard at Lincoln Crown Court on September 13.
Bailey, of New Road, Holbeach St Marks, was released on unconditional bail.
