WI group hosting open afternoon

A Women’s Institute group is holding an open afternoon tomorrow (Tuesday, July 25).

Tollgate WI are throwing open their doors to give people a taster of what they do.

Members are at St John’s Church Lounge on Hawthorne Bank from 2pm to 4pm.

Admission is free

A spokesman for the club said: “We warmly invite you to come along and enjoy a chat and light refreshments while experiencing the atmosphere of a typical WI meeting.

“It’s an ideal way to make new friends.”
