It’s close at the top of Division Three

It’s all to play for in Division Three of the Spalding and District Snooker League with a single point separating the top two.

Gosberton D are in first with 68 points, closely followed by Whittlesey C. Both teams have only lost one match so far this season.
Gosberton D beat Donington B 4-2, while Whittlesey took on clubmates Whittlesey A, winning 4-2.
Winners for the C team were Neil Burton (O21), Jason Bloomfield (O14) and Paul Cook (O14).
Donington B remain in third, and Consti J are still fourth, despite a 4-2 loss to friendly foes Consti A.
Consti C boosted themselves two places after a 4-2 win over Gosberton C.
Mick Peet (R28), Mark Craig (R21) and Kevin Sweeney (R7) won for Consti.
Gosberton B climbed one place after beating Consti D.
Richard Crampton (R14), Nigel Goodwin (R21) and Warren Driver (R21) got the wins for Gosberton, leaving Consti second-from-bottom.
Bourne SC A are back at the top of Division One after a 5-1 win over Sutton Bridge.
Two points separate them from second-placed Bourne SC C who were without a match this week.
Boundary A moved up to third thanks to a 4-2 win over Pyramid C, while Services C drop to fourth, despite a 5-1 win over Services A.
Nigel Cherry (O7) started with a convincing win over Vince Fitter (O35) 78-8.
Geoff Hemsil (R21) made it two to the C team with a win over Martin Spencer (O21), before Chris Dunmore (O35) pulled back a frame.
Mark Spiller (O7) and Kevin Fitter (O21) rounded off the scoring for the C team with wins over Phil (O7) and Martin Spencer (O21) respectively.
Consti G are runaway leaders in Division Two with 11 points between them and second-placed Holbeach E.
They saw off Services E 5-1 on Thursday night.
Joely Shears (R7) got Services off to a good start with a win over Joe Garland (scr), but it went downhill for them after that.
Holbeach E lost 4-2 to Holbeach B, who jumped to third, leapfrogging Consti B who were without a match.
At the bottom of the division, Consti I got a 5-1 win over Gosberton A.
John Bellerby (R7), Jonathan Smith (R21), David Twelves (O7) and Richard Geddes (R21) were the winners for Consti, while Carl Wand (O7) got the lone point for Gosberton.
An all-club affair saw Consti F get the better of Consti H, winning 4-2.
It was a successful night for the Stanley family with Darren (R28), Martyn (R21) and Justyn (scr) all victorious.
Services B jumped four places to seventh after a 4-2 win over Services D.
Jason Rose (O21), Jeff Collins (R7) and Tim Nash (O21) took the first three frames for the B team, before Adi Liquorish (R14) and Jake Haslam (O7) answered back to claim two consolation points for the losers.
