Soap stars Gaynor Faye and Jamie Shelton will be bringing light to Springfields Outlet Shopping when they flick the switch on this year’s wonderful Christmas lights display.
The pair, who play Megan and Robbie in ITV’s Emmerdale, will be switching on the Christmas lights on Thursday (Oct 30).
The fun-filled festive evening kicks off at 6pm with lots of great activities for the family to enjoy from free face painting and magic shows performed by a naughty elf, to exciting giveaways.
The fun will continue as Gaynor and – a very much still alive Jamie – will switch on the lights at 7pm and then shoppers will have a chance to meet and greet the stars, as well personal performances from the naughty elf.
The stores will be open until 9pm so there will be plenty of opportunities to start your Christmas shopping.
The event will be hosted by radio DJ John Marshall, the host of Lincs FM’s Brunchtime and Sunday morning shows, who will help create a magical atmosphere for all to enjoy.
