PDFL round-up: Keeper Fagan hits dramatic late leveller as Crowland peg back Tydd in derby

Crowland Town keeper Aaron Fagan scored an incredible injury-time leveller as his side shared eight goals with hosts Tydd in a Dor-Jan Windows & Doors PDFL Premier Division thriller on Saturday.

The duo drew 4-4 at Tydd, with Matt Eaton and Bradley Easey both scoring twice for the hosts.

But Zack Fisher, Harry Grigas and Jordan Kirchin replied for Crowland, setting the stage for Fagan to secure a point.

Holbeach United Reserves were beaten 4-2 at Stilton United in the same division.

Fellow top tier side Moulton Harrox were in Senior Cup action and they eased to a 3-0 home victory over Oakham United.

Ian Bradbury, Declan Earth and sub Alfie Woodward got the goals for Kev Nottingham’s side.

In Division One, a last-gasp strike from Adam Day gave Holbeach United Sports a 2-1 victory over Wittering Premiair Reserves.

Kelvin Ibeneme had earlier equalised for Sports on the hour after Douglas Zimbango put Wittering ahead before half-time.

Pinchbeck United Reserves slipped up 4-3 in a real thriller at Sawtry.

Jamal Nyang, Warren Hebblethwaite and Joe Cottingham all scored for the Knights’ second string in the goal-fest.

It was a lot less exciting as Long Sutton hosted Stilton United Reserves, but the Magpies came away with a point as the duo played out a goalless draw.

In Division Two, Whaplode Drove Rovers and Tydd Reserves battled out a 2-2 draw.

Sam Moakes and Charlie Parkes netted for Drove in the Elizabethan Centre clash.

Also picking up a point were Crowland Town Reserves as Jamie Beeken netted in their 1-1 draw at Stamford Belvedere Reserves.

Down in Division Three, a Jake Lally treble and Ben Partridge’s strike gave Sutton Bridge United a 4-0 win at Oundle Reserves.

But Long Sutton Reserves were handed a 3-0 beating by hosts Ketton and Casterton.
