Kim wins leadership award

Spalding’s Johnson Community Hospital matron Kim Barr was among a host of NHS staff to receive a Celebrating Success Award.

Paralympic skier Jade Etherington was guest of honour at the Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust’s Health at Home, which rewarded staff for their hard work, and gave people a chance to find out more about the services they provide.

Kim picked up the Outstanding Leadership Award.

Jade said: “It’s great to have an event which recognises the achievements of those who work in our NHS services in the community. It was wonderful to hear their stories. They are all worthwhile winners.”
