Tydd climbed into the top five in the ChromaSport PDFL Division One table with a 2-1 triumph over Eunice Huntingdon on Saturday.
Second-half strikes from Edwin Pentney (49) and Matt Cousins (67) did the business for Tydd on home soil, despite Maciej Michnicki netting 15 minutes from time.
In the same division, Crowland Town Reserves battled out an exciting 4-4 draw against Cardea at Snowden Field.
The hosts led 2-1 at half-time thanks to goals from Fabiio Rodrigues (31) and Mantas Paskevicius (36), but were 4-2 down with 15 minutes remaning before Paskevicius (78) and Virginijus Simkus (88) pinched a point.
Also in Division One, four goals from Dan Hempson sentenced Pinchbeck United Reserves to a 5-2 loss at Wisbech Town Reserves.
Up in the Premier Division, Long Sutton Athletic remain bottom after a 5-1 beating at Stamford Belvedere.
Holbeach Reserves also lost 4-0 at home to Oundle Town, while Crowland Town went down 5-1 at leaders Uppingham Town.
In Division Two, Holbeach United Sports battled to a 2-2 draw at Parkside. Glen Wells and Ben Mansour grabbed the Tigers’ goals in a fixture they’d have hoped to win.
There were goals galore in Division Three as Tydd Reserves battled to a fine 4-3 victory at FC Hampton Reserves.
Jordan Ainslie, Ricky Holstead, Xavier Kitching and sub Jordan Clow all netted for victorious Tydd.
In Division Four, Sutton Bridge United’s game at Thorpe Wood was postponed.
That was also the story for Pinchbeck United A in Division Five A, with their game at Polonia called off.
In Division Five B, meanwhile, Holbeach Bank registered their first win in the newly-formed division.
They defeated FC Hampton A 2-1 to go third in the embryonic table.
