LETTER: Spalding is becoming no-go area

Another gaming centre in the town centre? Is this what the town needs? I think not.
Apart from adding more problems to an ever increasing deterioration of the town it will only make people stay away.
Spalding is fast becoming a no-go area to decent people. It does nothing to make people want to shop there. It is dirty and run-down. It has lost any pride in itself it once had, full of betting shops and charity shops.
Is there a way forward for our town? I do not expect things will improve any time soon.
