Bags Galore at Baytree

NAMES: Gill Chamberlain at Bags Galore for ad featureWhen Gill Chamberlain looked after her brother-in-law’s handbag shop in Lincoln for a short time she found a passion for the business and decided to open a small unit at Baytree Nurseries Garden Centre, High Road, Weston in April.

Due to the success of the business a few short months later Gill realised that the current premises were simply not big enough, either for her stock or for her customers so she relocated to a much larger unit located next to the Hop-In Restaurant which allows her customers to browse more comfortably.

She puts her success down to having a large selection of fashionable handbags, satchels, purses, backpacks and luggage at very reasonable prices.

She said: “The best thing about the relocation is having lots more stock which gives my customers even more choice.”

The business is going well but Gill hopes that her regular customers will come and see her larger premises and new customers will find her range extensive and great value too.

She said: “You will find very similar styles to those found in Next or Topshop but at a greatly reduced price.”

Lots of people, (especially men) wonder why ladies need so many handbags when you can only carry one at a time, but many people carry their whole lives in their bag.

It isn’t just for a purse and a lipstick – photos, important documents, mobile phones, house and car keys often feature in most ladies’ bags so if you need something gorgeous to carry your life in don’t delay, pay Bags Galore a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

They are open six days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 4.30pm.

There is ample free parking at Baytree Nurseries Garden Centre and with over 16 acres of retail area there’s plenty to look at after you’ve visited Bags Galore.
