Teen race ace Abbi Pulling is in line to land another award.
The 17-year-old from Gosberton has been listed as a nominee in the British Women Racing Drivers’ Club’s (BWRDC) Gold Star Awards.
She’s been nominated in the Junior Gold Star category.
A spokesman for the BWRDC said: “Abbi Pulling stepped up to the British F4 Championship for 2020 and in a disrupted season she continued to raise her game.
“Abbi achieved several podiums and finished the year in sixth place and won the JTR Rookie of the year award.
“In October Abbi took part in a pair of Renualt Eurocup races at Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari di Imola on the F1 weekend.”
Abbi said she was “very proud” to receive the nomination.
It comes on the back of her being named the Downforce Racing Awards 2020 Henry Surtees Teen Racer Of The Year following a public vote by Downforce Radio listeners.
