LETTERS – Paper was interesting reading

I would like to say how much I enjoyed your publication of The Voice last week (June 25).

The variety of subjects covered gave very interesting reading, and the article by John Hayes concerning historical attitudes in Britain was excellent, and being a Bristolian, I can only confirm my thoughts and reactions to the recent events were of the same opinion.

The tragic story of HMT Lancastria by Jane Webb was another excellent story and an item of tragic news which I was not aware of, but happily for Jane, her personal story outcome was a more fortunate one.
