Woodlands puts customers at the heart of everything

One of Spalding’s finest hotels is proud of its ethos of putting the customer at the heart of everything it does.
As well as being a beautiful venue for a small civil wedding, Woodlands Hotel in Pinchbeck Road can also cater for a whole host of other events and get-togethers, including wakes, conferences, charity functions, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas parties – not to mention its Sunday carvery.
Since taking over in April 2011, business partners Gan Seta and Ambrish Chandarana have focused on marketing The Woodlands as upmarket commercial hotel, with a reputation for quality, excellent service and good food.
And, having been awarded a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence year on year, since 2013, they appear to be getting something right.
Gan, who said the hotel is geared towards business clientele, as well as the elderly and retired, said: “Our passion is putting customers at the heart of everything we do, incorporating traditional values.
“I am proud to say that we are renowned for our quality of service and food, which is all locally sourced.
“We have an excellent reputation for offering value for money and we are immensely proud of the outstanding service we provide.
“We have passion and take immense pride in what we do.
“There are no compromises on quality of service, quality of food and consistency – there is no plan B.
“We firmly believe that today’s customer service is tomorrow’s business. We know that one happy customer will bring another.
“We are only as good as yesterday’s delivery.”
And Gan and Ambrish are determined there will be no resting on their laurels – saying they are still ambitious and determined to keep growing the brand and continuing to provide and improve their excellent customer at any cost.
Gan added: “We would like to thank all our customers for their continued business and support – and the good reviews posted on Trip Advisor and the internet.”
