Three 8-1 wins in knockout week

This week saw the first round of the Knockout Cup in the Pinchbeck and District Winter Darts League.

There was a convincing 8-1 win for Consti Club C at Consti Club A. Merv Pattinson got the single win for the A team, beating Josh Faulkner, while Jacob Herd hit a 180 for the C side.
Division B bottom side Green Dragon C almost provided an upset against Division A side Pinchbeck FC A but wins for Andy Mason and Jason Waltham saw the Pinchbeck side progress with a 5-4 win. Mason had a 101 checkout and Mark Dixon had a 16 dart leg.
Lincoln Arms A had a comfortable 8-1 away win at Draymans Arms B. There was a 180 for John Charlton and Jimmy Tenno had 17 and 18 dart legs.
Consti Club B won 7-2 at home to Pinchbeck FC B. Slim Elderkin had a 103 finish for the Football Club.
Royal Mail Cart took a 1-0 lead in their match away at Services Club B but then lost the next six games.
Stu Page and Stef Atudosiei won the last two games for the Cart to make it a more respectable 6-3 scoreline.
Ben Chester hit a 133 finish for the Services.
Green Dragon A came out on top with a 8-1 win at home to their Z team.
Scott Williams and Jon Goor both hitting 180s for the A side.
Dean Peacock registered the only win for the Z team.
A close game saw Consti Club D trailing 3-4 against the Draymans Arms A with two games to play but singles wins for Danny Drage (180) and Nick Collins gave Consti a narrow 5-4 win.
Making up the last eight are Kirton Leisure who were awarded a walkover against the Services Club A.
