Third arrest after person found seriously injured at Spalding property

A third person has been arrested in connection with an incident which saw a man found with serious injuries in a Spalding property.

Emergency services including the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance attended the incident on Wygate Road in Spalding Yesterday (Tuesday, March 3).

Today police announced that the man’s injuries are non-life threatening and that a third person had been arrested.

A police spokesman said: “A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) yesterday evening.

“Two women, aged 43 and 58 years old, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).

“All three have been released on conditional bail while investigations continue.

“The injuries sustained by the man have since been reported as non-life-threatening.”
