Tydd St Giles Ladies have secured their place in the next round of the prestigious Taskers Trophy. It came after an impressive 6-1 victory over Kibworth, led by captain Maria Taylor-Vassall.
In the Ping Four-ball Better-ball competition, Maria Taylor-Vassall and Petra Meir were victorious, ahead of Tania Thompson-Cole and Nicola Stead.
The Beryl Clay Winners Game produced saw Petra Meir win overall.
Tydd men’s seniors made a successful start to the defence of the annual Niblick Golf challenge with a 3-3 draw at Sutton Bridge. They take a three-point lead into the home leg in August.
