Stalker in court who shared a sexual image to cause distress

Sentencing of a South Holland man for stalking and disclosing private sexual images has been delayed.

Jack Frangou (36) attended Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday but a pre-sentence report by Probation officers had not been finalised.

He appeared before the court on June 9 to plead guilty to three charges – stalking of a woman involving serious alarm or distress at an address in Woodroffe Drive, Crowland on May 29; disclosure of a private sexual photo or film without her consent with intent to cause distress on June 1; and possession of the class B drug cannabis on June 8.

The case was adjourned until July 12 and Frangou, of Draw Dyke, Sutton St James, was granted conditional bail.

He must not contact the complainant
