Spalding society enjoys two-colour watercolour display

Stephen Martyn is the latest artist to pass on his expertise to the Spalding Arts and Crafts Society.

The Norfolk based painter provided a display of watercolours at the groups recent March meeting at Pinchbeck Village Hall.

He used just two colours to create the picture of Cley Mill in Norfolk – French ultramarine blue and brown madder.

A full report of the demo is available on the society’s blog www.saacs.org.uk

The next demonstration will be a still life in oils by artist Jerome Hunt on Tuesday, April 3 at Pinchbeck Village Hall, 7.30am to 9.30pm.

Doors open at 7pm and admission is £2.50 for members, £4.50 for visitors.
