Spalding roads to shut for gas pipe replacement work

Part of London Road in Spalding is scheduled to close in one direction for five weeks from Monday.(February 15)

Excavation work for gas pipe replacement work will lead to the northbound carriageway being closed from the traffic lights at High Bridge to the junction with Haverfield Road until March 25.
Vine Street will then be closed from March 25 to April 8.

The project by Triio – a joint venture partnership between Morrison Utility Services and Skanska Construction UK – working together with National Grid involves replacing the metal gas main with new plastic pipe.
