A Spalding man will go on trial after he denied nine historic child sex offences
Barry Severn, 42, of Stonegate, Spalding, entered not guilty pleas to nine charges when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.
Mr Severn denied assaulting a girl under the age of 13 by penetration between May 2004 and February 23, 2006.
The other charges he denied are:
Two charges of sexually assaulting a child aged under 13 between May 2004 and March 2008.
One charge of causing or inciting a girl aged under 13 to engage in sexual activity between February 2005 and March 2008.
Five charges of indecent assault on a child between May 2004 and March 2008.
Recorder Graham Huston adjourned the case for a trial beginning at Lincoln Crown Court on February 9, 2026.
The trial is expected to last up to nine days.
Mr Severn will also have to appear at Lincoln Crown Court for a pre-trial hearing on 4 April 2025.
Recorder Huston granted Mr Severn unconditional bail until his next court appearance.
