Something for all at Moulton Park show

Moulton Park Country Show takes place on Sunday with plenty on offer to keep the family happy.

The show, which is now in its 20th year, starts at 9am and attractions include vintage tractors, a classic car show, an arts and crafts fair and vintage fair rides.

For the children, entertainment includes a clown, pony rides, bouncy castles and face painting, along with a Frozen display and the chance to meet a Minion.

There is a companion and fun dog show from 11am with pedigree and fun classes including fancy dress, best condition, prettiest bitch, most handsome dog, young handler, best rescue, waggiest tail, most appealing eyes and best trick.

The horse and pony show starts at 9.30am and includes best turned out, mountain and moorland type (small and large breeds), veteran animals, heavy horse and young stock.

Fun classes include best mane and tail, prettiest mare/most handsome gelding, pony/horse judge would most like to take home and fancy dress.

Other attractions include a barbecue, a tug of war, live music, and new for this year, a strong man display and a horse vaulting squad.

The show starts at 9am, with the horse show running all day and the dog show starting at 11am.

In the main ring displays will start at 10am with a Frozen display, then a strong man display, horse vaulting, vintage tractor races, finishing with tug of war.

Admission for under 12s is free and £3 for everyone else.
