Scout troop and The Rightside Trust benefit from Spalding Round Table

The 4th Spalding Scout Troop can buy new camping tents, tables and lamps after a £980.50 donation by Spalding Round Table.

Table’s ways and means officer Jason Parnell said: “We are proud to be able to support 4th Spalding Scout Troop and help them purchase much needed new camping equipment.”

The cheque was presented to scout leader Rob Buck by Table chairman John Sinclair (above).
Spalding Round Table previously supported 27 of the scouts with £500 towards fees in attending the Norjam 2014 international camp.

RT Mark Le SageMeanwhile, The Rightside Trust, which supports raising awareness among young people of the consequences of crime, received £200 (right) as thanks for Mark LeSage’s help at Round Table’s recent boxing night fundraiser.
