Railing support for charity

A charity has had a big boost courtesy of little trains.

The Spalding Model Railway Club has donated £200 to The Rightside Trust following its hugely popular annual exhibition held in November.

The charity works with young people making them aware of the consequences of crime .

Its founder Mark Le Sage said: “I’m very grateful for this very kind donation that will help us carry on our charity work in the South Holland district.”

The club is hosting an Open Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, June 28 at its base upstairs at Pinchbeck Village Hall in Knight Street.

Entry is free and people are welcome to bring locomotives to try on the track.
