Quiz helps boost charity coffers

Thanks to everyone who supported The Spalding and South Holland Voice quiz night on Friday – we raised £302.45.

The quiz, in aid of our Community Fund, was held at the Spalding Services Club, who kindly sponsored the event.

Nine teams battled it out, with Zazzle Media taking the win.

Thanks for their generous support also go to Simpson’s Butchers, Butters Factory Outlet Shop, Flowers ‘n’ Things, Hills Department Store, Veena Cornish Photographic Studio, Oh My Cod fish and chip shop, Beales Department Store, Boots, Gurkha Oven and Mirror Mirror Boutique Salon.

To apply for a grant from the Community Fund please write to Rachel Mayfield, Spalding and South Holland Voice, 14-16 Winsover Road, Spalding, Lincs, PE11 1EJ, stating how much money you are applying for and why you need it.
