Police appeal after Spalding robbery

Holbeach editedUPDATE: Monday pm. Police have issued a CCTV image of two men they want to track down in connection with a robbery at a Spalding shop on Friday.

The image shows the men who were seen running away from the shop, believed to be Treasure Island, in Holbeach Road at about 4.30pm towards the Twin Sister Bridges.

It is not believed anything was stolen during the robbery.

SATURDAY: Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Holbeach Road, Spalding, at about 4.30pm on Friday.

Two men were seen running away from the scene towards the Twin Bridges after the incident.

No details have been released about the robbery, but descriptions have been issued of the two men.

Both were described as white, aged 20-24, 6ft tall and of medium build.

They were both scruffy and dressed in dark clothing, one with a black anorak like a shooting jacket and one with a green coat.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 344 of May 9.
