Police appeal for woman who drove over man’s foot

Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision with a pedestrian in Spalding to contact us.

On Sunday, August 4, a man was stood outside the Happy Shopper in Holbeach Road, Spalding, when a silver car being driven by a woman reversed over his foot, according to Lincolnshire Police.

This happened between 11am and midday.

Police said: “The woman driver stopped her car and gave the man a lift home.

“The driver then left without exchanging details.

“We are keen to speak with the driver and would like her to contact us on 101, quoting incident number 257 of August 5th.”
