Plenty of happy campers at Spalding Gymnastics Academy’s half-term event

Spalding Gymnastics Academy toasted a “fantastic week” as they welcomed all-comers to their school holiday camp.

As well as their regular brother and sister visitors from Holland, Spalding were joined by a host of aspiring gymnasts from all over the district.

The recreational morning sessions for children proved popular, with more than 50 or taking part.

The sessions were run by junior coaches, with games and enjoyment the order of the week.

Afternoons were for the more experienced gymnasts, who took the chance to learn new skills or improve upon what they can already do.
