Pinchbeck United moved up to fourth in the ChromaSport Peterborough League Premier Division after winning the game of the day on Saturday.
Adam Abell (2), Tom Gosling, Steven Jucikas and Oliver Maltby all scored for Ian Dunn’s side in a remarkable game.
The result leaves 2012 winners Pinchbeck just four points behind leaders Coates Athletic with a game in hand.
Moulton Harrox, meanwhile, slip down to seventh after coming a cropper 1-0 at Stilton United. Mark Baines fired the only goal.
Another of South Holland’s top tier sides, Crowland Town, were humbled 5-0 at Netherton United in the PFA Senior Cup.
Long Sutton are also out of the same competition after being defeated 4-2 at home by ICA Sports.
Their goals came from Tim Lowe and James Ward at London Road.
There was better news for Sutton Bridge United in the PFA Challenge Cup, though, as they crushed Thorney Reserves 9-1.
Ben English got five of those goals at Thorney Park, with Matt Eaton (2), Bradley Fox and Sam Lilley also weighing in with goals.
Back in the league, Division One side Moulton Harrox Reserves remain in the bottom two after losing 4-1 at home to Coates Reserves. Declan Earth got Harrox’s sole strike.
In Division Two, Spalding United Reserves remain second after an amazing 6-4 win over Sawtry Reserves at the Sir Halley.
But ten-man Crowland Town Reserves were beaten 4-2 at Snowden Field by Stamford Bels, despite Ashton Capes’ double. Jack Blackbird saw red for the hosts.
Fellow Division Two side Pinchbeck United Reserves were on the wrong end of a 4-1 beating at Kings Cliffe in the PFA Challenge Cup, despite a goal from young gun Liam Lachasseigne.
In the PFA Junior Cup, Ryan Wheeler helped himself to a hat-trick as Spalding Town won 5-1 at Farcet United. Markus Parry and sub Tomasz Rabiega got the others.
Nine-man Tydd St Mary also made Junior Cup progress with a 3-2 win at Sutton Bridge Reserves.
Nick Reims, Scott Pemberton and Aaron Parker notched for the Saints, but Reims and Marcus Clifton were sent off late on. Jamie Griffin and Reece Robinson were the Bridge scorers.
Holbeach Bank lost 3-1 at home to Thorpe Wood in Division Four, while Ben Gibbons’ strike couldn’t stop Holbeach United A losing 3-1 at home to Netherton B in Division Five.
Meanwhile, Dale Parnell fired four to give Tydd St Mary Reserves a 5-3 home victory over Ryhall United A.
